Privacy Policy
How Tick Clock handles information when you use our browser-based time tools or contact us.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Browser settings and records
Tools need no account. Preferences, tasks and timing records are stored in this browser when storage is available. They do not automatically sync between devices. Clearing site data removes saved records.
2. Cookies, statistics and advertising
A first_touch_utm cookie records campaign parameters from tagged links for up to 30 days. A locale cookie may remember your language. When configured, Google Analytics, Umami, Microsoft Clarity and Google AdSense may process page visits, device information, interactions or advertising identifiers using cookies or similar technologies. Browser controls can block cookies and scripts.
3. Hosting and email
Tick Clock is deployed on Vercel, which may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. If you email [email protected], your address and message are processed by email services so we can reply. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the service, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
5. Sharing and external links
Sharing links may contain timer labels, durations or stopwatch records. Anyone receiving the link can read its contents; avoid including sensitive information. External websites and service providers have their own privacy policies.
6. Your choices and contact
You can clear browser site data to remove locally stored records and use browser privacy controls. For questions or requests about information sent to us, email [email protected]. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the request and related follow-up.
